1. Before disassembling, check the integrity of the appearance of the DC brushless motor, then use compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface of the DC brushless motor and wipe off the dirt on the surface.

2. Choose a workplace with DC brushless motor differentiation and clean up the on-site environment.

3. Understand the structural characteristics and maintenance technical requirements of DC brushless motors.

4. Prepare the necessary specialized tools and equipment for disassembly.

5. In order to further understand the defects in the operation of DC brushless motors, if conditions permit, inspection and testing can be conducted before disassembly. Therefore, load the DC brushless motor for trial operation, carefully inspect the temperature, sound, vibration, and other conditions of each part of the DC brushless motor, and test the voltage, current, speed, etc. Then disconnect the load, conduct no-load inspection experiments, measure the no-load current and no-load loss, and keep records.

6. Cut off the power supply, remove the external wiring of the DC brushless motor, and keep a record.

7. Choose a multimeter to test the insulation resistance of a DC brushless motor. In order to compare the insulation resistance values measured during the last major overhaul and determine the insulation change trend and insulation status of the DC brushless motor, the insulation resistance values measured at different temperatures should be converted to the same temperature, generally 75 ℃.

8. Test the absorption rate k. When the absorption rate is greater than 1.33, it indicates that the insulation of the DC brushless motor is not affected by moisture or the degree of moisture is not severe. In order to compare with previous data, the absorption rate measured at any temperature should also be converted to the same temperature.

9. After reviewing all the issues, resolve the identified issues, reassemble them completely, and run the inspection.
