7. Choose a multimeter to test the insulation resistance of a DC brushless motor. In order to compare the insulation resistance values measured during the last major overhaul and determine the insulation change trend and insulation status of the DC brushless motor, the insulation resistance values measured at different temperatures should be converted to the same temperature, generally 75 ℃.
8. Test the absorption rate k. When the absorption rate is greater than 1.33, it indicates that the insulation of the DC brushless motor is not affected by moisture or the degree of moisture is not severe. In order to compare with previous data, the absorption rate measured at any temperature should also be converted to the same temperature.
9. After reviewing all the issues, resolve the identified issues, reassemble them completely, and run the inspection.
